Job summary

Pinto Innovative Health & Wellness in Williamsburg, VA seeks a compassionate, energetic clinical team member to perform our advanced therapies (HIFEM, HEIT, acoustic wave) and serve as a clinical floater across the practice.

You will assist providers, educate patients, document treatments, maintain rooms, and support efficient patient flow in a busy, multidisciplinary environment while embracing new wellness technologies. This role rewards proactive collaboration and patient-first care.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical, rehabilitation, wellness, fitness, or patient-care settings preferred.
• Anatomy, physiology, rehabilitation, exercise science, medical assisting, athletic training, or similar background is helpful.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Comfortable learning and operating advanced health and wellness technologies.
• Dependable, proactive, and willing to assist throughout the clinical practice.
• Ability to work independently while also functioning as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Perform treatments according to established protocols and provider treatment plans.
• Prepare and position patients for treatment.
• Educate patients on what to expect before, during, and after treatments.
• Monitor patient comfort and response throughout sessions.
• Accurately document treatments and communicate relevant patient feedback to providers.
• Maintain treatment rooms and equipment.
• Provide a positive, concierge-level experience that helps patients remain engaged throughout their treatment plan.
• Assist providers with patient care and clinical procedures within appropriate training and scope.
• Apply therapeutic modalities and assist with rehabilitation exercises and patient instruction.
• Room and prepare patients for examinations and treatments.
• Assist providers with documentation or scribing when needed.
• Prepare, clean, and organize treatment rooms and clinical equipment.
• Help maintain efficient patient flow throughout the practice.
• Cross-train in other clinical services to provide support wherever needed.

Position Overview

Pinto Innovative Health & Wellness is seeking a compassionate, energetic, and adaptable team member to join our multidisciplinary clinical team.

The primary focus of this position will be providing our advanced technology treatments, including our HIFEM and HEIT therapies as well as acoustic wave treatment. This individual will also serve as a clinical floater, assisting providers and other clinical team members with patient care and services throughout the practice as needed.
