Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for client scheduling, ensuring therapists’ schedules remain full and balanced.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls, texts, and emails related to scheduling, referrals, and reschedules.
  • Proactively reach out to families to confirm or reschedule sessions and fill open time slots.
  • Handle new client inquiries with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with therapy and administrative teams to optimize scheduling processes.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in scheduling and communication systems.
  • Protect client confidentiality and uphold all HIPAA standards.

Location:

This position will work in our Minnetonka clinic.

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday through Friday. We can be flexible and will work with you to determine a schedule that best meets your needs and the clinic’s needs!

Patient Care Coordinator Position Summary:

As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for families seeking pediatric therapy services and play a vital role in supporting clients and therapists through efficient, compassionate communication. The majority of your day will focus on phone and text outreach to manage scheduling, fill therapist caseloads, and ensure that every child receives the care they need promptly. You will also handle incoming referral calls, follow-ups, and client inquiries, making sure that families feel supported from their very first interaction with SunnyDays Therapy. This is an ideal role for someone who:

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a starting base salary of $18.00 per hour with additional monthly individual and team bonuses and annual performance-based increases. We also offer a competitive benefits package including:
