Future Opening: Patient Care Coordinator

Elite Vision Care is seeking a patient care focused individual who is passionate about making people happy and providing the best customer service possible! Working hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8:50 AM - 6:15 PM, Wednesday 8:20 AM - 6:15 PM, Saturday 8:50 AM - 3:15 PM. Saturdays are required on a 5 day work week.

Responsibilities

• Deliver great customer service with a smile
• Take phone calls and assist customers with exceptional phone skills
• Assist patients with any questions and needs they may have
• Insurance Verification
• Document Management
• Send messages to other teams to coordinate patient care that is needed
• Explain treatment options to patients
• Obtain patient data for accurate charting in Electronic Health Records
• Take contact lens orders
• Track contact lens and glasses orders per patient requests
• Meet the vision needs of patients through checklist utilization and asking the required questions
• Follow internal dialogue to ensure accurate and effective communication with patients
• Sell products and treatments
• Create meaningful connections with patients

Schedule

• 8-hour shift

Expected work hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8:50 AM - 6:15 PM, Wednesday 8:20 AM - 6:15 PM, Saturday 8:50 AM - 3:15 PM.

Salary: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
