Job summary

ELITE VISION CARE PLLC in League City is hiring an eyewear consultant/optician to enhance customer experiences with personalized solutions. This role emphasizes building client relationships and providing expert advice in eyewear selection. Strong candidates will be persuasive and team-oriented, as well as focused on delivering accurate patient care.

Responsibilities

• Creating a lasting relationship with our client and connecting with them. Being the client's number one consultant in eye wear
• Eye wear sales
• Knowledge of the current eyewear trends and lens options
• Helping clients select eyeglass and lens treatments including tints and coatings based on lifestyle needs of the client
• Maintaining frame inventory
• Interpretation of prescriptions
• Collection accurate data to ensure the proper fit for both frames and lenses
• Creating work orders for lab technicians to ensure delivery of the proper lenses
• Adjusting eyeglasses to ensure a proper fit and visual experience
• Repairing broken frames
• Educating clients on proper eyeglass and contact lens care
• Keeping track of orders, prescriptions, and inventory

Hiring Immediately. We are excited to provide training to the right person. Saturdays are required. Paid holidays, PTO, bonus structure, medical insurance, retirement plan, disability insurance, life insurance, eye care, and eye wear benefits are available.

This position requires you to be on your feet for extended periods of time, lift up to 25 lbs., have good hand-eye coordination, as well as be able to bend, reach overhead and stoop frequently.

Working hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8:50 AM - 6:15 PM, Wednesday 8:20AM - 6:15PM, and Saturday 8:50AM - 3:15PM. Saturdays are required.
