Job summary

The My Hearing Centers in Grants Pass, Oregon seeks a Patient Care Coordinator to welcome patients, manage scheduling, and support clinic operations. You will coordinate outreach, ensure accurate records, verify benefits, process payments, and help the provider deliver excellent patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact—greet, assist, and direct patients in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Manage inbound and outbound communications, including appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-up outreach
  • Maintain an organized and optimized schedule to support clinic productivity and patient access
  • Conduct proactive outreach to current and past patients regarding care, services, and opportunities for follow-up
  • Accurately maintain patient records and documentation in company systems
  • Verify insurance benefits and assist patients with general coverage questions
  • Process payments and transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems
  • Support inventory management, including ordering, tracking, and returns
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and patient-ready clinic environment in alignment with safety and infection control standards
  • Collaborate with the provider to ensure a high level of patient care and satisfaction
  • Educate patients on products, services, and available promotions
  • Stay informed on company offerings to confidently support patient needs

Position Summary

The Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) serves as the first point of contact for patients and plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional patient experience. This position supports clinic performance through effective scheduling, proactive patient outreach, and accurate administrative support. The PCC partners closely with the provider to ensure seamless patient care while contributing to clinic growth through patient engagement and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

Work Environment

Physical Requirements
