Full-Time | In-Person | Optimal Health
Some people wait to be told what to do.
Some people see what needs to happen - and make it happen.
We’re looking for the second person.
Optimal Health is a fast-growing chiropractic and physical therapy practice, and we’re looking for an exceptional Patient Care Coordinator to become one of the key people driving our patient experience.
If you’re looking for a job where you can sit behind a desk, answer a few phones, and wait for 5:00...
This isn’t it.
If you love people, move fast, communicate well, and get satisfaction from making things happen...

Our doctors and physical therapists can create an excellent plan for a patient. But a great plan means very little if the patient doesn’t understand it, doesn’t schedule it, cancels appointments, disappears halfway through care, or never follows through. Your job is to make sure patients don’t get lost. You’ll become the quarterback of the patient journey - connecting patients with our doctors, therapists, clinical team, and front office. You’ll know who needs a phone call. Who needs to get scheduled. Who cancelled. Who hasn’t followed through. Who has a question. Who needs to talk to their doctor. And who said, "I’ll call you later" three days ago and still hasn’t called. You don’t wait for those problems to find you. You find them first.
There is administration involved. There are phones. There is scheduling. But those are tools of the job - not the purpose of the job. The purpose is to own the patient experience and help people follow through.
Your resume matters less to us than who you are.
We are building detailed training systems around patient communication, follow-up, sales, care-plan recovery, and the entire patient journey. We’ll teach you. But we’re going to expect you to learn it, practice it, and get good at it. You take ownership. This might be the most important one. When something becomes yours, it’s yours until it’s finished. Not: "I left them a voicemail." But: "Here’s where that patient stands, here’s what I did, and here’s what happens next." That’s the mentality we’re looking for.
That’s okay. In fact, we’re open to someone completely outside healthcare. We can teach you our systems. We can teach you chiropractic. We can teach you physical therapy. We can teach you the patient journey. We can teach you our approach to communication. What is much harder to teach is energy, curiosity, ownership, work ethic, confidence, and the ability to connect with people.

Recent college graduates are absolutely encouraged to apply. If you’re early in your career but you’re sharp, hungry, organized, and great with people, we want to hear from you.
We’re not building an average healthcare office. Optimal Health brings chiropractic, physical therapy, rehabilitation, and other treatment options together under one roof so our providers can work as a team. We’re busy. We’re growing. And we’re actively building the people, training, and systems necessary to take the practice to another level. That creates opportunity. The person who earns this role won’t simply be another employee sitting at the front desk. You’ll have real ownership. You’ll work directly with doctors, therapists, clinical staff, and leadership. You’ll learn healthcare. You’ll learn communication. You’ll learn sales. You’ll learn how a growing practice operates. And if you’re exceptional, there should be more opportunity for you as we continue to grow.
This is a full-time, in-person position. Healthcare doesn’t always fit neatly between 9:00 and 5:00, and neither does this role. Our patient schedule includes some early mornings and evenings. Some shifts may run until approximately 6:00-7:00 PM, but you will not work late every night. Expect a mix of earlier and later shifts depending on patient volume and team coverage. Some evening flexibility is required.
Competitive hourly compensation based on experience, demonstrated ability, and fit. There is also opportunity for performance-based bonuses after successful training and demonstrated competency.
We want someone who likes the idea that great performance creates greater opportunity.
