Professional Physical Therapy in Dix Hills, NY is seeking a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator to be the first point of contact for patients and ensure a positive experience. You will support front desk operations, answer phones, greet patients, schedule appointments, and assist with registration and data entry.

The role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and attention to detail as you discuss insurance benefits, authorizations, and payments, and help collect copays and coinsurance.

Qualifications
