Turn this role into an interview — a resume and cover letter built around what this employer wants.
My Hearing Centers is seeking a personable Patient Care Coordinator to welcome patients, manage scheduling, and keep the clinic organized. You will build relationships with patients, coordinate communications, and support the provider to ensure excellent care and follow-up.
The role emphasizes empathy, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a busy clinical setting, with a focus on patient satisfaction and smooth operations.
Are you the person who makes people feel welcome the moment they walk through the door? Do you love staying organized, building relationships, and helping a busy office run smoothly? If so, you may be exactly who we’re looking for.
At My Hearing Centers, our Patient Care Coordinators are much more than the front desk. They are the heart of the clinic and an essential part of the patient experience.
As a Patient Care Coordinator (PCC), you’ll be the first voice patients hear and the first face they see. You’ll build relationships with patients, keep the clinic organized and moving, partner closely with the hearing care provider, and help ensure patients receive the attention and follow-up they deserve.
If you’re personable, organized, comfortable on the phone, and enjoy helping people while working toward a common goal, this could be a great fit.
You don’t necessarily need healthcare experience to be successful in this role. We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and knows how to provide an exceptional customer experience.
Hearing healthcare can have a tremendous impact on a person’s quality of life, and the PCC plays an important role in helping patients take that first step—and continue their care.
You aren’t simply scheduling appointments. You’re helping connect people with care that can keep them engaged with their families, communities, and the moments that matter most.
This position works in a clinical office environment and involves regular interaction with patients in person and by phone. The role regularly requires sitting, talking, hearing, and performing standard computer and office tasks. Occasional standing, walking, and lifting of items weighing up to 20 pounds may be required.
