Job summary

Professional PT is seeking a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator to be the first point of contact for patients and to help deliver outstanding customer service and a welcoming, positive patient experience across our clinics.

In this on-site role in Cliffside Park, you will greet patients, answer phones, schedule appointments, complete new patient registrations, explain insurance benefits and payment responsibilities, collect balances, and handle routine administrative tasks with accuracy and

• $18-$21 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
