Compensation: $18/hour

Highlights:

• Ensure quality customer service, oversee daily operations, and manage contracts, deposits, and billing.
• Greet new and existing patients warmly.
• Schedule patient appointments in person or over the phone.
• Handle a three-line phone system.
• Call established patients for their annual checkup.
• Maintain patient files in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Respect patient rights and confidentiality.
• Verify patients' insurance eligibility and benefits across all carriers.
• Update patient care database with new information.
• Keep the office clean and organized.
• Foster a team-oriented and happy work environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in an office environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook).
• Experience with scheduling programs.
• Ability to multitask effectively.
• Knowledge of insurance verification and billing.
