We are looking to hire a Front Desk/Patient Care Coordinator who is excited about a fun and rewarding career in the Dental field. This is a Full-Time position with competitive pay and great benefits!

At Timberlane Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics, our goal is to provide patients with the expert, quality care they want in a comfortable, personal environment. Our offices in Burlington, South Burlington, Essex Junction, and Shelburne are professional, yet relaxed and welcoming.

Who We Are Looking For
  • Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (bilingual a plus).
  • Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance processes is beneficial.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist patients with check-in and forms.
  • Manage scheduling, calls, emails, and insurance updates.
  • Ensure smooth patient flow and communication with schedulers.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and process mail/packages.
  • Provide excellent customer service while upholding privacy.
  • Maintain professionalism and follow company policies.
  • Perform other duties as needed.
