Professional PT is seeking a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator to be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a warm, efficient experience at our Brookline clinic.

You will greet patients, collect copays, manage appointments, answer calls, update patient information, and support administrative tasks such as data entry and record keeping in a fast-paced healthcare setting, and join a team that values compassion, teamwork, respect and integrity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in healthcare.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in computers and willing to learn new software.

As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth patient experience.

Compensation: $18-$21 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
