Park Nicollet Health Services is seeking a Health Unit Coordinator to join the General Surgery Adult/Peds team at Methodist Hospital. The coordinator will assist with patient care coordination, information flow, and resource access while upholding Park Nicollet's mission and nursing philosophy.

The role supports 0.75 FTE with days and 12-hour shifts, every third weekend, emphasizing strong customer service and coordination across nursing and allied health teams.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Completion of a Health Unit Coordinator program preferred.
• Previous customer service experience, medical terminology and keyboarding skills is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care and resources across units.
• Provide information and directions to staff, patients, and visitors.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist nursing staff as needed.
