Responsibilities

• Coordinate telephone calls and messages for department staff.
• Document in computer systems to facilitate case management workflow.
• Monitor insurance authorizations and notify Case Manager of updates.
• Submit clinical reviews to review agencies and document in the system.
• Assist with referrals to facilities, home health agencies, and transportation arrangements.
• Provide clerical support including payroll reporting, purchase orders, and filing.
• Maintain department records for regulatory compliance.
