JAG Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist Aide to act as the liaison between patients and the Physical Therapist, guiding patients from arrival to departure to ensure a positive experience.

The role supports a care-first rehabilitation model with a collaborative, team-oriented environment across NY, NJ, and PA facilities. Ideal candidates have strong communication and customer service skills and a flexible, patient-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Excellent oral communication skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to fluid situations.
• Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Works as a team member and independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Call patients from the waiting room into treatment.
• Maintain a clean facility throughout the day.
• Wash and dry laundry; ensure towels are clean and available.
• Collaborate with team to ensure patient receives a positive experience.
• Maintain a positive, professional demeanor at all times.
• Keep the work environment safe and orderly.
• Answer phone calls and schedule patients as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
