Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK) is hiring a compassionate Medical Coordinator to join our patient care team at MSK Monmouth, Middletown, NJ. You will ensure a smooth, welcoming clinical experience from check-in to check-out while collaborating with clinicians, nurses, and administrative teammates.

The role requires high attention to detail, a patient-centered approach, and the ability to work onsite in a clinical environment with 10-hour shifts, four days per week, fully onsite.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1 year of healthcare or patient-facing experience is preferred.
• Ability to work onsite in a clinical environment and perform basic clinical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients in the outpatient clinic.
• Support clinic operations through scheduling, registration, and flow management.
• Assist with preparing exam rooms, rooming patients, taking vital signs, and updating patient lists as needed.
• Facilitate timely and clear communication between patients, providers, and the team.
• Maintain MSK’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and infection control.
• Advocate for patient comfort, access, and satisfaction throughout the care journey.
