Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain an environment that ensures the highest level of customer service.
• Provide professional, friendly, and compassionate service to patients and staff in person and/or via telephone.
• Explain therapy services, insurance benefits, preauthorization, and patient costs per company policy.
• Accurately schedule and register patients.
• Inform patients about insurance benefits and payment options.
• Collect patient balances and co-pays per guidelines.
• Maintain timely communication via email, phone, and in person.
• Support therapy manager with daily clinic operations.
• Assist as rehab tech as needed, including setup and equipment handling.
