Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Experience with computers and Windows based programs.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Full-time Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm CST.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls, route calls/tasks, book appointments, verify patient insurance coverage.
• Provide excellent customer service as a representative of the Corvallis Clinic.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with customers, staff and Providers.
• Maintain relationships within the department and with clinical staff as required.
