This position is the first point of contact at the Corvallis Clinic to help find solutions to questions and various inquiries that impact patient care and our clinical staff. This position is responsible for handling incoming, outgoing, and inter-office calls in a timely and efficient manner. The primary function of this role is to identify and handle customer inquiries completely and accurately by utilizing customer service skills to optimize the opportunity of each customer contact.
This position is full-time Monday - Friday. Employees are required to work during our normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm CST.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $16 - $29 hourly based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
