Responsibilities

• Receive high volume inbound calls and make outbound calls to patients.
• Screen calls to identify caller needs and provide effective solutions.
• Maintain a patient satisfaction log and categorize calls by nature.
• Collaborate with IT to gather data and prepare call center dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
