Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a health care setting.
• Demonstrated excellence in customer service and patient care skills.
• Prior experience with insurance authorizations and Epic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by following CARE standards.
• Ensure providers' orders are processed, authorized, and scheduled as needed.
• Coordinate diagnostic testing and medical care across departments.
• Understand and obtain prior authorization per authorization process.
• Coordinate health information between departments while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
• Document patient care in the electronic health record promptly.
