Qualifications

• Experience: None required.
• Training: 175 hours in-state PCA training during new hire orientation; completion within 90 days.
• Certifications: BLS within 1 month; PCA competencies within 3 months.
• Physical: Able to push/pull/lift 50 lbs; prolonged standing and walking; flexibility for bending and reaching.

Responsibilities

• Assist in individualized patient care under RN or LPN direction to support wellness.
• Collaborate with team to meet group goals and care standards.
