Qualifications

• CNA certification or enrollment in nursing school is preferred/required.
• Fluent English (verbal and written)
• Computer literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Recognize and respond to the needs of patients and families.
• Communicate changes in patient condition to the nursing team.
• Maintain infection control practices and no manual lift environment.
• Document care in the patient’s EMR.
• Assist with activities of daily living per care plans.
• Observe skin integrity and report concerns.
• Prepare, serve, and clean up meals as needed.
