Job summary

Qualifications

• BLS certification within one month of hire.
• PCA competencies within 3 months of hire.
• 175-hour training program during new hire orientation.
• No prior experience required.
• Minimum physical requirements (lift 50 pounds, standing/walking).

Responsibilities

• Assist in individualized patient care under RN or LPN direction.
• Work cooperatively as part of a patient care team.
• Perform designated clinical procedures and non-clinical tasks to support patient care.
