Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior Nursing Assistant or equivalent experience preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• Basic medical terminology knowledge.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and document information accurately.
• Ability to work with a wide variety of individuals.

Responsibilities

• Assist in patient care under direct supervision of licensed personnel.
• Observe, obtain and report patient data/status to RN.
• Respond to acuity and emergent situations as directed by nursing staff.
• Maintain a culture of safety and proper hand hygiene.
