Mass General Brigham is seeking a Patient Care Associate (PCA) at Cooley Dickinson Hospital in Northampton. The role includes direct and non-direct patient care, clerical tasks, and unit support, with 1:1 patient safety observation as needed.

The position is onsite at 30 Locust Street with a 24-hour weekly schedule. Applicants should have a CNA/PCT certification and BLS, plus relevant nursing assistant experience or active nursing studies.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required; CNA/PCT certification and BLS required.
• Six (6) months to one (1) year nursing assistant experience required; 1-3 years secretarial experience preferred.
• Nursing Assistant certification or active enrollment in nursing program with a minimum of 6 months of student clinical experience required.

Mansioni

• Perform a variety of direct and non-direct patient care duties, including clerical, supply, and messenger responsibilities.
• May function as a patient care observer to monitor for patient safety in situations where 1:1 observation is required.
