Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs vital signs, intake and output measurements as assigned.
• Performs phlebotomy and glucometry as directed.
• Collects specimens and performs documentation for responsibilities.
• Communicates changes in patient condition to the unit team.
• Assists in patient mobilization and comfort measures.
• Restocks unit supplies and participates in unit-based performance improvement.
