Job summary

Penn State Health Lancaster Medical Center is seeking a Patient Care Assistant Float (PRN) to support nurses in delivering patient care and non-professional services across units. Under RN guidance, you assist with personal needs and comfort, assisting with activities of daily living as assigned.

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, BLS certification, and preferred healthcare experience. The position offers varied shifts in the Lancaster, PA area with shift differentials noted
