Avenues Home Care in Georgia is seeking a Patient Care Assistant (PCA) to support elderly and vulnerable clients in their homes. You will assist with ADLs, provide medication assistance, meal prep, transportation, and companionship, delivering compassionate, respectful care.

You will follow each client’s plan of care, report activities to a supervisor, and adhere to HIPAA and agency policies. A CNA or PCA license, CPR/First Aid, reliable transportation, and strong communication are required for
