Job summary

A&C Private Home Care in Georgia is seeking compassionate Personal Care Aides to join our caring team. You will provide one-on-one in-home support, assist with daily living activities, and help clients stay comfortable and independent.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, CPR certification or willingness to obtain it, and TB test. Prior home care experience is a plus but training is provided. Flexible schedules and competitive pay offered.

Qualifications

• CPR certification or willingness to obtain it prior to starting.
• TB test completed or willing to acquire one before starting.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in home care is a plus but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide immobile, recovering, or frail clients with support, company, and comfort.
• Report changes in client condition to relevant parties.
• Assist with personal hygiene including bathing, dressing, and oral care.
• Engage clients in activities such as games, walks, or conversations.
• Perform basic housekeeping including cleaning and laundry.
• Assist with errands and household finances when needed.
• Accompany clients to medical appointments and arrange transportation.
• Provide mobility support with walking aids or wheelchairs.
• Maintain a hygienic, tidy, and safe environment.
