Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0-6 months of experience required; 1-2 years equivalent experience preferred.
• Training in AHA CPR or willingness to obtain CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Measures vital signs and records patient observations.
• Performs basic patient care and ADL assistance per delegation.
• Assists with hygiene, mobility, and comfort measures.
• Communicates patient observations to RN in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintains a clean, safe environment and uses proper body mechanics.
