HSHS Medical Group is seeking a Patient Care Assistant to join our Regional Float Pool. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, mission-driven, and ready to apply clinical knowledge across departments in Green Bay, Sheboygan, and Oconto Falls.

Requirements include Wisconsin CNA registration, BLS, and 1 year of direct patient care experience preferred. The role offers night shifts, 36 hours weekly, and pay within the posted range.

Pay Range

$17.50 - $24.50

A successful candidate’s actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.

HSHS is seeking a Patient Care Assistant to join our float pool. Ideal candidates are patient focused, mission driven caregivers looking for an opportunity to apply clinical knowledge in our patient care areas of greatest need covering a variety of departments and wide range of conditions.

Position Specifics

• Department: Regional Float Pool
• Schedule: 36 hrs/wk, Night shift
• Facilities: St. Vincent, St Mary’s, St. Nicholas and St. Clare
• Location: Green Bay, Sheboygan, and Oconto Falls
• Compensation that aligns with your experience
• MUST HAVE HOSPITAL EXPERIENCE

Education

Meets educational requirements established in the state of practice.

Experience

1 year of direct patient care experience is preferred.

Certificates, Licenses & Registrations

• Illinois: Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) is required.
• Wisconsin: Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) is required. Eligible to work as Nursing Assistant as listed on state Nurse Aide Registry.
