Mass General Brigham seeks a dedicated Patient Care Assistant for the Ellison 12 Adult Medical Unit in Boston. Ellison 12 Adult Medical Unit is in search of a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a per diem Patient Care Assistant (PCA). This professional should have the availability to work Night shifts for the unit.
The Adult Medical unit has 36 beds and is located in Boston, MA. The unit is devoted to the care of acutely ill medical patients. The patient population on this unit includes a diverse mix of medical diagnoses requiring complex nursing care.
Referral bonus applicable to MGB employees for this position.
Summary
Working under the direction of licensed personnel, assists patients with activities of daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and eating. Also assists with taking patients' temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration.

High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.

Licenses and Credentials
Experience
1-2 years experience in patient care/elder care preferred.
