Trinity Health Muskegon seeks a Patient Care Assistant to support nursing staff in delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. You will assist with hygiene, ADLs, and routine tasks, while ensuring safety and comfort for patients on a 12-hour night schedule.
The role involves responding to call lights, transporting patients, and maintaining clean environments. Full-time position with rotating weekends and holidays per the CBA; orientation provided.

Set rotating schedule to include set weekend rotation up to every other weekend. Schedule will be given after successfully completing the orientation period. Management does have discretion to change schedule 30 days prior to the start of the 6-week scheduling periods if needed. Holidays scheduled in accordance with CBA
