Job summary

Shriners Children’s is seeking a Patient Care Assistant/NAC to join our inpatient team in Spokane. You will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, delivering family-centered care to pediatric patients and their families.

The role includes assisting with ADLs, applying orthotic devices, maintaining unit organization, and timely documentation in the EMR. CNA certification and license are required; HS Diploma/GED preferred. Compensation ranges by experience.

Qualifications

• Certificate Nursing Assistant (CNA) required.
• Licensed CNA required.
• High School Diploma/GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, apply, and monitor orthotic devices, and traction.
• Ambulate patients and assist with activities of daily living (ADL).
• Maintain ward order and ensure a clean, safe environment.
• Document patient information in the Electronic Medical Record.
• Support RN with delegated tasks.
