  • Assist nurses with direct patient care.
  • Communicate with and inform management of unit activities, needs, and patient care issues.
  • Follow departmental, unit, and hospital guidelines, policies, and procedures.
  • Use supplies and equipment efficiently and cost-effectively.
  • Implement safety measures to ensure positive patient outcomes.
  • Perform daily patient hygiene standards.
  • Document and submit required information accurately and timely, using correct terminology and format.
  • Demonstrate technical skill in using and maintaining equipment, troubleshoot issues, and adapt to new technology.
  • Adhere to attendance, punctuality, and organizational core values.
  • Attend mandatory training, meetings, and continuing education.
  • Provide age-appropriate and patient-specific care, demonstrating competency across diverse patient needs.
  • Wear appropriate protective clothing and equipment.
