Applicants

Should be an organised and reliable driver who gets a lot of satisfaction in providing safe and caring transportation for patients and the local community. They should be patient, flexible and committed to maintaining high standards of customer care and service delivery. Willingness to go the extra mile in responding to the needs of our passengers is essential, especially as some of our passengers are vulnerable and require a high level of compassion and care.

Should have a clean driver’s license and at least 2 years of experience transporting passengers from one place to another.

Essential Duties:
  • Provide transport service for the needs of passengers (patients and the local community).
  • Assist patients to get into a non-emergency Wheelchair access vehicle or Ambulance.
  • Transport patients to appointments or to and from hospital stays.
  • Help passengers get from door to door.
  • Ensure a safe and caring environment for passengers is maintained.
Other Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Caresafe Mobility works 24/7, including days, nights, weekends, and bank holidays. Applicants are expected to have the flexibility to meet the working requirements. However, all our jobs are prebooked and most are within normal operating hours.
  • Applicants should provide friendly, courteous assistance, exceeding customer expectations every day, which includes building and maintaining healthy professional relationships with clients, staff, and other NHS agencies.
  • Applicants must support and contribute to a safe, clean environment for staff and clients.
