Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED and CNA or equivalent.
• Two years direct patient care experience or education as stated above.
• Must complete Patient Care Associate Competency Based Training and Practicum and unit specific competencies.
• CPR required.

Responsabilités

• Obtain and record vital signs as delegated by the RN.
• Obtain a 12-lead ECG and continuous Lead II with correct patient information entered.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team addressing patient/family needs, considering diversity.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff.
