Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Take inbound phone calls from clients/customers/patients to obtain billing/demographic information.
• Sort incoming mail and return patient statements with info electronically.
• Research and resolve customer accounts using patient files and eligibility sites.
• Document all contact with customers to ensure follow-through and issue resolution.
• Update multiple systems with patient information.
• Perform account adjustments and propose changes to supervisor.
• Complete weekly/monthly reports as scheduled.
• Support goals of the organization as assigned by supervisor.
• Meet weekly/monthly performance and audit goals.
• Track daily/weekly/monthly production.
