Responsibilities

• Assist the Manager and Assistant Director of Patient Business Services with coordinating efforts within customer service and client billing departments.
• Support resolution of patient issues and resolution of assigned workqueues.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and assist in resolving identified issues.
