This role emphasizes supervision, performance management, and adherence to Medicare and payer regulations. Proficiency with EMR systems and Excel is required to optimize processes, policies, and reimbursement outcomes across the network.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in medical claims, healthcare billing, or revenue cycle management.
• 1+ year of supervisory, management, or lead experience.
• Strong healthcare accounts receivable experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee insurance follow-up, claims resolution, and escalated billing issues.
• Oversee Insurance and Patient AR workflows, staffing, productivity, and performance.
• Monitor quality through audits, reporting, and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare requirements and payer regulations.
• Develop and improve billing policies, procedures, and workflows.

• Ensure compliance with Medicare requirements and payer regulations.
