Meritus Health is seeking a Patient Financial Services Representative to join our onsite team. In this full-time role, you will manage patient accounts, ensure accurate charges and payments, and support timely insurance processing and reimbursement.

The position emphasizes accuracy, patient service, and collaborative problem-solving in a healthcare setting. You will work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a stable schedule and on-site location.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review patient accounts to ensure charges and payments are accurate.

• Research and resolve billing and payment discrepancies.
• Navigate multiple insurance payer requirements while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
