Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ years of customer service/call center experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound phone calls
• Assist patients with resolution of past due account balances
• Address patient inquiries regarding insurance claim status and account balance
• Collect patient payment information securely and set up/modify payment plans
• Initiate outbound calls for breached payment plans
• Discuss the Patient Assistance Consideration (PAC) process & eligibility
• Maintain patient billing and collections information
• Communicate patient issues to cross-functional teams and document accordingly
