Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2-3 years of medical billing and collections experience or equivalent.
• CPFS certification to be completed within 12 months of hire.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Windows PC functionality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to assess patient needs across age ranges.
