Responsibilities

• Respond to patient emails regarding billing, claims, and payments within SLAs.
• Research and resolve patient billing issues and perform claim corrections/resubmissions.
• Update patient billing and insurance information to keep records accurate.
• Escalate complex issues to internal teams while keeping patients informed.
• Document all interactions and resolutions in the system.
