The Vicksburg Clinic, LLC is seeking a Patient Accounts Representative II in Vicksburg, MS. You will handle front office tasks and billing to ensure smooth patient registration, scheduling, coding, and account resolution.

Responsibilities include collecting co-pays, posting payments, verifying insurance, and maintaining accurate records while delivering courteous service in a HIPAA-compliant environment. This is a full-time on-site role with growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• 1-2 years of experience in a physician clinic, patient access, or healthcare billing environment preferred

Responsabilidades

• Greets patients and families to facilitate an efficient check-in process.
• Verifies and enters patient demographic and insurance information accurately.
• Collects co-pays and other financial responsibilities at the time of service.
• Posts patient payments and reconciles cash drawers daily.
• Ensures accurate coding and billing data entry for all visits.
• Schedules and confirms appointments and assists with referrals as needed.
• Responds to phone inquiries with high-quality customer service.
• Supports provider schedule management and daily patient flow.
• Maintains patient confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines.
• Performs other duties as assigned and maintains reliable attendance.
• Complies with all policies and standards.
