Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Verify insurance information for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist patients with filing for financial assistance.
• Update and maintain front end log.
• Collect co-pays, deductibles, and out-of-pocket expenses.
• Perform data entry in EMR with minimal errors.
• Identify and recommend process improvements.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and communications.
