Zusammenfassung

CompSpec Inc. seeks a Financial Counselor to support uninsured patients in a hospital setting, assisting with Medi-Cal and other indigent programs.

You will screen patients at the bedside to determine third-party linkage and manage a portfolio for eligibility and recovery. Strong communication, time management, and independence are essential; bilingual Spanish is a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Epic is expected.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• 2 years healthcare experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Medi-Cal and Indigent programs is helpful.
• Strong verbal communication and professional, accurate messaging.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Job Description

i.e.,(Medi-Cal, Cal VCB, WC, etc.)

Knowledge of Medi-Cal and Indigent programs (Helpful)

Computer literate (Microsoft Office, Epic,) etc.

High School Diploma or equivalent with some college preferred and/or 2 years experience in the healthcare industry.

Employee must be able to successfully manage multiple tasks.

Ability to effectively communicate in a professional and accurate manner.

Verbal communication. (Bilingual Spanish).

Ability to work independently, must have excellent time management skills
