Job summary

Hemet Global Medical Center is seeking an Admitting Representative to register patients in a friendly, professional manner and manage the ADT system accurately. You will conduct patient interviews, explain hospital policies and patient rights, and handle routine inquiries with emphasis on guest services.

This role requires strong communication, multitasking ability, and a solid understanding of medical terminology and English.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• BLS certification within 30 days of employment is required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Professional appearance and attitude are expected.
• Ability to use Windows environment and a computer-based system.

Responsibilities

• Register patients in a timely and courteous manner.
• Conduct patient interviews and explain hospital policies and patient rights.
• Obtain and document accurate demographic and financial data in the ADT system.
• Identify payor sources for revenue routing during stay.
