Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years of college with relevant courses.
• On-the-job training provided in admission guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Coordinates admission, transfer and discharge of patients in accordance with regulations and guidelines.
• Participates in pre-admission and admission process; arranges transfers to other centers as needed.
• Obtains information from patients, families, referral sources, and social agencies; verifies financial information and completes admission paperwork.
